Data is collected from project participants. It can include both text and images. Each piece of data belongs to a project, the one the participant is in. A participant's collection of data entries is treated as a sequence of diary entries (you can think of it as the equivalent of a blog).
Currently the method for participants to enter data is with a Web browser, at your EthnoHub site. Email input is often requested, has been tested, and will be added in the near future.
Researchers can also enter their own data in a project. Think of it as raw field observations, photos from field work, or the transcript of an interview.
Once data has been collected, it cannot be edited or updated.
